Anchored Parent Pathway
Helping Expat Families Restore Balance And Connection At Home.
Feel emotionally safe and supported without fear of cultural judgment, constant juggling, or having to do it all alone.

What if you could navigate the daily pressure and emotional ups and downs with ease, because you had the capacity to handle it?
Here’s What It Can Look Like
Align with your family life, ambition and growth

Reconnect beneath daily stress
Imagine support that honors you and your culture without explanations or proof.

Balance work, parenting, and self-care guilt-free

Navigate your week with energy and calm
This isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing it your way: rooted, supported, and whole.

Know what to hold, release, and ask for

Create a grounded, supported life for your family
This is what holding it all can look like. Balanced. Barely.
You’re carrying more than one person should, and doing it without the support, space, or systems you truly need… is not sustainable.

You want to show up for your family and your future — without having to sacrifice either.
But right now, it feels like you have to choose.
And you are feeling ready to change the way you are living your life. That’s exactly what this support is all about.
Anchored Parent Pathway
Explore how you’ll be supported through our journey together.
This work is not about fixing you but rather coming back to yourself.
At the core: clarity, compassion, and choice.
You’ll be supported with steady guidance, spacious reflection, and personalised tools — all designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that feels possible.
Phase 1:
Stabilise & See Clearly
Create safety and clarity to stop surviving and start rebuilding. We begin with a personalised intake form, then moving forward with clarity and building capacity to restore energy and focus. Strength-Spotting Sessions highlight your existing resilience so you start this journey feeling supported and seen.

Phase 2:
Repair & Rebalance
Shift what no longer serves you or your family. Using Family System Mapping and Cultural Reframing & Support Dialogues, uncover hidden patterns and create space for healthier dynamics. Emotional Recovery Reset and Gentle Stability Blueprint help you respond with calm, not control.
Phase 3:
Reclaim & Root
Build long-term steadiness and growth. Co-create a Supported Transitions Map to navigate future changes with clarity, rebalance the family ecosystem, and expand your Circle of Support. Close with a Future Anchoring Ritual to carry your calm, clarity, and capacity forward.
Rather than fixing you, this is about building capacity and aligning with what matters.

Why Learn from Me?
I know what it means to try to hold a family together, navigate cultural transitions, walk through grief, career shifts, motherhood, and healing.
The Anchored Parent Pathway was born out of the resilience I’ve developed and the tools I’ve come to integrate. After my own journey, it became natural to support other parents with the support I haven’t had.
Today, I bring more than 15 years of professional experience working with children and families, systemic and integrative practices and family constellations. This process allows me to see what’s quietly asking to be heard — across the individual, the family, and the cultural layers.
This is not about changing who you are but rather reconnecting you with your story. I guide my clients with care and simplicity, holding space for the full ecosystem to move through focusing on integration over insight, at a pace that’s respectful of your capacity.

Who is this for?
Anchored Parent Pathway is for thoughtful, open-hearted parents who are doing their best to live in alignment
- Juggling work, caregiving, and ambition with limited time and energy
- Committed to family and purpose — without wanting to sacrifice one for the other
- Carrying more than one person should, often navigating burnout and big transitions
- Insightful and self-aware, asking the deeper questions beneath the overwhelm
- Rooted in culture and values, seeking support that sees your whole identity
- Quiet leaders reclaiming energy and looking for a steadier, more aligned way to live and parent
Why Now?
When waiting no longer creates space, and pushing through no longer leads to real change, it’s a sign that your needs matter now — not after the next crisis. And when you find steadiness, everyone in the system benefits.

FAQ - Things to Consider Before Enrolling
What if I can’t commit to six months right now?
You’ll receive a response within a few days with either available start dates or a place on the waiting list (if intakes are closed). From there, we’ll explore which path fits your needs and capacity best.
What happens after I fill out the enquiry form?

Do you offer evening or weekend sessions?
Yes — I offer a range of times during the week, including some evenings, to accommodate working parents and caregivers. I don’t offer sessions on Sundays, and Saturdays are only considered if no other options are possible. We’ll find a rhythm that works for both of us.
Is this therapy/counselling?
No — this is not therapy. My work is rooted in systemic thinking and supported by over 15 years of professional experience with children and families, along with my own lived experience. I use a strengths-based, solution-focused approach to help clients rebuild capacity and maintain everyday mental wellbeing.
Can I switch between monthly and biweekly sessions?
Once you’ve chosen a path, we’ll stick to that rhythm — biweekly for the full pathway, monthly for the gentle support option. If something shifts, we can discuss and adjust within reason.
I’m not sure if this is the right time. Can we talk first?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to book a consultation session. If you choose to move forward, this will be counted as your first session in the Steady Start Series or full pathway.
How many sessions will I need?
The length of our work together will depend on where you are right now, your goals, your current capacity (emotional, financial, and time), and the level of support you’re looking for.
Some clients find that one series of 3 sessions is enough to create meaningful change. Others continue for 12 sessions or more, especially when navigating big transitions. Some return for light support as needed, seasonally or during times of change. There’s no one-size-fits-all — we’ll shape the pathway around you.
