Our Children, Our Future, Our Hope

Nurturing Children’s Inner Resources and Authentic Connection

Life coaching for children and teenagers

Research has shown that children and young people today are facing an increasing number of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to issues with self-esteem and body image. Growing up in today’s world can be challenging and stressful, and it is especially true for children who face a unique set of challenges that require personalized and supportive coaching.

I work with children aged 8 and above, offering a safe and non-judgmental space that empowers them to navigate their challenges and develop the skills and resilience needed to thrive. I offer a child-centred approach to life coaching and support.

Confidence, Resilience, and Authenticity: Be True to Yourself

Every child that I come across, shares with me that they want to feel confident, be happy and do well in school and life. Isn’t this what every parent want their for child? I’m on this journey with you, I understand both the challenges our children face and we face as parents.

In my sessions after gathering information from parents, the child is offered the space to talk about their expectations of support. This way, it helps us to build a relationship of mutual trust and understanding.  This allows us to move into a safe space where the child feels relaxed and comfortable to receive the support and combined with parents information coaching sessions are planned and delivered.

Identified challenges I work with regularly:

  • Mental health: stress, anxiety and depression
  • Academic pressure: competition, exams, future, failure, careers
  • Digital overload : screen time management
  • Social pressures: social media, body image, defining success
  • Family challenges: separation, divorce, illness, financial strains, family dynamics, cultural diversity, trauma
  • Emotional regulation: Managing difficult emotions, reactions, outbursts
  • Social isolation: loneliness, friendships, cultural diversity
  • Self-Worth and Identity: Confidence, gender, sexuality

My coaching sessions are custom-tailored to each client’s age and unique requirements. As our sessions progress, so does the child’s growth, confidence, and access to their full potential.

Additionally, I support families in navigating cultural diversity and changes in family dynamics. My aim is to equip children with lifelong tools and resources to prioritize their mental health, boost their self-worth, and stay connected with their true selves.

The key to believing in self, gateway to happiness

As a parent, I understand that we all want the best for our children – their happiness, personal growth, and their ability to face life’s challenges with courage and compassion. That’s why I offer coaching sessions that can make a profound difference in your child’s life. It’s truly a joy to witness the transformation as children become more confident and self-assured, learning to manage their emotions effectively and developing a deeper sense of self-awareness.

In my coaching sessions, I’m dedicated to helping children and young people become curious about themselves, fostering a deep sense of self-awareness and providing them with the essential life skills to move forward confidently. I use a variety of methods, including creativity, conversation, writing, and storytelling to ensure your child’s growth and success.

Are you ready to give your child the gift of personal development and empowerment?

Creating a tool box for life

Life isn’t all rainbows and butterflies for our little ones. Just like us adults, they face their own set of struggles. From losing friends and moving to a new home to dealing with exams, results, and even parents’ health issues, children navigate a world of stress too.

As parents, we can’t shield them from every hardship, but we can create a safe space for them to grow through these tough times.

My approach to coaching is rooted in strength-based principles, creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for each child. For life coaching I use age appropriate resources allowing the child to explore and choose what works best for them.  I use approach like: talking, creativity, story and writing.

An important part of the process is setting goals and helping them to evaluate their progress. Allowing room for their ideas and intuition, guiding them to choose the most achievable and realistic option that will bring them a feeling of connection with their true self.

Invest in your child’s growth and confidence:

In a world that often feels overwhelming and with family dynamics constantly shifting, it’s understandable that the demands on our children are growing. How can we ensure our children have the skills to tackle life’s challenges, nurture their mental well-being, and regulate their emotions? What tools can they carry with them that will serve them throughout their life?
